Cultivation
Various classes of grow/cultivation facility licenses will be available based on size of the proposed facility, proposed yield, type(s) of light sources utilized and specific activities proposed to be conducted on-site.
Manufacturing
General Manufacturing licenses can include the following activities:
- Extraction (volatile and non-volatile)
- Infusion/emulsion
- Packaging and Labeling
- Other productizing
Manufacturing licenses can be combined with cultivation licenses, but don’t have to be.
