You are always better hiring a professional as you can then hold them up to a high standard to get the job done right.

Do what you’re good at, and hire out for the things you aren’t. This method allows you to perfect your skills while making sure that everything is taken care of the way it’s supposed to be. Too many first-timers skimp on hiring the right people and pay for it in the end. Make sure your budget provides room for hiring the right team.
